Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! Life can be challenging, and no one should carry the weight of these experiences alone. You deserve to be heard, and I am here to support you. As someone who has attended therapy, I recognize the various emotions you may be feeling as you consider reaching out for support. I acknowledge the level of vulnerability you are bringing into the room, and I am committed to holding a safe space for you. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I have also obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care. My approach to counselling is client-centred, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based. During our sessions, I will draw from various therapeutic modalities. Healing looks different for everyone, and my therapeutic approach will be tailored to best suit your needs. I am passionate about working with survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual violence. I also have lived experiences in both areas. I enjoy working with people of varying gender identities, sexualities, and cultural backgrounds. I aim to empower you to make meaningful changes to your life and provide you with empathetic and compassionate care. I invite you to show up as your authentic self as we navigate your healing journey together. If anything I’ve shared here speaks to you, please reach out to book a free consultation. I am available for both in-person and telehealth services.
