Whether you’ve faced a difficult childhood, survived a traumatic event, or find yourself constantly reliving painful memories, EMDR offers a powerful way to process those experiences and move forward. I specialize in EMDR therapy for adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, trauma, or overwhelming emotional responses rooted in past experiences. In my work with adults, I’ve seen how trauma can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others - impacting everything from relationships and self-worth to career and health. EMDR therapy helps you access and reprocess those memories in a safe, structured way, reducing the emotional charge they carry and helping you build new, healthier patterns. I offer a calm and non-judgmental space where clients can explore what’s holding them back without needing to retell their story repeatedly. My approach combines EMDR with tools from mindfulness and somatic therapy to support lasting healing - not just symptom relief. I’ve worked with clients navigating PTSD, complex trauma, grief, chronic stress, and emotional neglect. Many of the individuals I work with have tried talk therapy in the past but are looking for a deeper, more transformative experience. If you’ve been feeling stuck, reactive, or like you’re carrying more than your share of emotional weight, EMDR might be the path forward. As a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying, my areas of focus include: EMDR Therapy for Adults, Trauma Recovery, Anxiety & Panic, Complex PTSD, Self-Worth & Identity Healing I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Healing is possible - and I’d be honored to support you on that journey.
