She is passionate about helping individuals and families identify their goals, develop effective coping skills, and create sustainable, meaningful change while honouring each person’s lived experience and cultural background.

Outside of her professional work, Cecile enjoys spending quality time with her family, participating in and supporting community initiatives, and engaging in self-care practices that nurture balance, mindfulness, and personal well-being.
