
Demi Babatunde (Elle/Homme)
Demi Babatunde is a counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist, licensed with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is an Attachment Trauma specialist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field both working and volunteering. Demi is interested in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her integrative approach largely draws from CBT, Narrative Therapy, and EFT with a focus on mood disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, trauma-informed care, identity, and relationships. Having lived on three continents including Africa, Europe, and North America, Demi brings cultural sensitivity and responsiveness to every session. Demi works collaboratively with clients to build awareness, strengthen autonomy, and embrace authenticity. Demi has supported high functioning professionals and organizations in managing workplace anxiety, discrimination, stress, and aid in navigating life transitions. Her practice offers a safe, supportive space where clients can move at their own pace toward healing, empowerment, and fulfillment.
