I have extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, anger, stress, and relationship challenges.
With a foundation in culturally responsive approaches, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches, I strive to create a therapeutic environment in partnership with you where you can explore, grow, and heal.
