Her expertise extends to working with Concurrent Disorders, applying crisis prevention and management skills across different environments. Stephanie embraces a Person-Centered therapeutic foundation while integrating empirically supported psychological tools, techniques, and interventions from diverse theoretical backgrounds. She blends strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness approach and Motivational Interviewing to suit individual needs. Stephanie’s values of compassion, integrity, mindfulness, and respect drive her work, fostering genuine growth and well-being for her clients. In her counseling approach, Stephanie encourages clients to set goals and supports them in navigating their feelings and thoughts. She understands that the therapeutic journey is transformative in itself and offers a supportive, calming, and open space for clients to share their experiences. Stephanie is both English and Spanish speaking.
