Do you feel like you’re constantly performing, yet never quite measuring up? It’s draining to feel like you are fighting against yourself — managing the weight of anxiety, the strain of low self-esteem, or the frustration of watching the same painful patterns repeat in your relationships. Whether you’re trying to make peace with your body, healing from the impact of past wounds, or learning how to navigate overwhelming emotions without losing yourself, you don’t have to carry it alone. You deserve a safe space that honours your unique story, moving you away from feeling stuck and toward a life that feels more grounded.

Our work focuses on understanding your inner world, healing emotional wounds, and strengthening self-trust. Together, we will explore the patterns that keep you stuck, build skills to manage overwhelming emotions, and create a more confident, connected relationship with yourself and others.

In my work with couples, I support partners in rebuilding the foundation of their relationship so they can come home to one another with greater understanding, safety, and connection. Whether you’re navigating disconnection, rebuilding intimacy, communication breakdowns, recurring arguments, or the impact of past pain, therapy offers a space to slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I integrate the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to reduce conflict, deepen emotional connection, and support more open, intimate, and meaningful ways of communicating.

My approach is grounded in respect, authenticity, collaboration, and empowerment, allowing you to pave your own path while offering support and practical strategies along the way. If you’re curious whether we’d be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
