Andie Toderovitz (She/Her)
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve spent so much time carrying things on your own.
I believe that therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding the experiences and emotions that have shaped how you move through the world and finding new ways to meet them with compassion and curiosity. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed therapy, somatic work, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help us understand your emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, build self-trust, and support lasting change.
In my work with couples, I support partners in rebuilding the foundation of their relationship so they can come home to one another with greater understanding, safety, and connection. Whether you’re navigating disconnection, rebuilding intimacy, communication breakdowns, recurring arguments, or the impact of past pain, therapy offers a space to slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I integrate the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to reduce conflict, deepen emotional connection, and support more open, intimate, and meaningful ways of communicating.
Taking that first step can be hard, and I’m here to make it as comfortable as possible. I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation to connect and explore what support could look like for you.
