
Ardine Bondonga (She/Her)
Ardine is an empathetic and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a high level of active listening skills. She has experience and a keen interest in supporting teens, adults, and couples dealing with issues such as anger management, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder, burnout, relationship issues, life transitions, domestic violence, or past traumas such as sexual abuse and incest. Ardine strives to create a safe and compassionate space, free from judgment, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with peace of mind. Her goal is to help you achieve your goals while fostering growth, resilience, and a better understanding of yourself to enhance your emotional and relational well-being. Since each individual is unique, Ardine adopts a person-centered integrative approach. Her techniques are inspired by humanistic approach, cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, impact therapy, narrative therapy, and the Gottman method for couples. Ardine offers her sessions online and in French only. Our first session will involve establishing a connection, understanding your needs, answering your questions, and setting therapeutic goals. Ardine holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Ottawa University and values professional development by participating in training workshops. She maintains an interest in research to stay informed about the latest evidence-based theories and interventions in her field.
