MA, Registered Psychotherapist
Counsellor's Gender: Woman, Cisgender
Ethno-Racial Identity: White
I want to provide each client with the support they are looking for through an individualized and collaborative approach. In a non-judgmental space, I work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed framework. Although I value an integrative approach to therapy, I am drawn to a psychodynamic orientation, to explore the root of the issue at hand. My education has been focused in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Counselling Psychology, and psychoanalytic principles. Since 2018, I've worked with a diverse demographic providing behavioural and psychological services to children, teens, and adults. Currently, I work with teens and adults addressing a variety of presenting concerns including ADHD, Anger, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Interpersonal and Coping Skills. My practice welcomes individuals from differing communities including, but not exclusive to, LGBTQ2S+, Sex/Kink-Positive, and ENM.
