Eve’s practice specializes in healing from acute and chronic trauma, as well as addressing and healing the root causes that lead to experiences of anxiety, and depression. She utilizes Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies as pathways to foster self-reflection and overall mental wellness. Her practice also promotes healing through spiritual exploration and awareness, as well as traditional and non-traditional holistic healing techniques such as Body Psychotherapy, Breath Therapy, Guided Visualization and Hypnotherapy. Through Hypnotherapy, Eve supports clients with accessing their unconscious limiting beliefs, and helping them rewrite more positive mental patterns. Hypnotherapy helps with accessing different parts of the mind. It also aids with psychotherapy in a solution focused manner that supports with resolving specific problematic issues. Eve adopts Holistic Psychotherapy modalities in her practice, with the intention of assisting clients find healing through actively engaging innate and intuitive processes in the mind, body and spirit.
