Hiral is a very active and enthusiastic social worker aiming to promote mental health and well-being among individuals, couples, and families. During her graduation and post-graduation studies in social work, she worked with many organizations thriving for the upliftment of marginalized and underprivileged sections of the Indian society. She worked as a faculty in a college and Patient Counsellor in a hospital in India before moving to Canada. She continued her journey in the helping field by working with many shelter homes across Toronto and providing her services as a Residential Care Worker at The Salvation Army. Hiral also provides her social work and counseling services for the rehabilitation of victims of motor vehicle accidents and their families helping them overcome depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Her experiences in different areas have enabled her to connect with her clients smoothly and encourage growth and development while working with them. Hiral’s commitment to the profession has constantly motivated her to upgrade her skills and knowledge which reflects in her work. She practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative therapy to help her clients foster positive attitude and equip them with new skills and strategies to overcome the challenges.
