Connection and support play a fundamental role in the journey to navigate challenges and move towards healing. I collaborate with clients to develop self-awareness and strategies to improve important aspects of their lives. My past work includes support of immigrants and refugees, individuals facing financial crisis, and members of faith communities. More recently, I have worked with military members, veterans, and various types of professionals in the community.

I work from a compassionate, client-centered, and strengths-based approach and enjoy supporting individuals to improve their quality of life. I believe in the value of each person's experiences and inner wisdom. Working from a trauma-informed lens, I encourage individuals to recognize and build on their existing strengths and sources of support.
