I work with teens and adults to help them make sense of their emotional world and build stronger, healthier connections - with themselves and with others. In our sessions, you can expect warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental presence. I use trauma-informed, client-centered approaches that meet you where you are. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers - it’s about exploring, healing, and growing at a pace that feels right for you. I have a background in Child and Youth Work, and three years of experience facilitating individual, family, and group therapy for children, youth, and adults facing complex mental health challenges.
