Her years of professional training and experience give her a strong foundation of knowledge to draw on when addressing clients' needs. She has experience working with individuals aged 18+ with various emotional and psychological concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, addiction, anger management, and grief. LeeAnne’s counselling approach is Person-Centered and informed by integrating models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotional-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Trauma Therapy, and Family Systems. She can also incorporate spirituality informed by Biblical faith at the client's comfort level during sessions. LeeAnne provides her therapy in English or Korean.
