I work with couples and individuals to find the solutions that are best for you. Our time together isn’t about telling you what to do – no two people experience life the same way, and there’s no single treatment that works for everyone. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and rooted in an empathic understanding of the unique life stories clients bring to their sessions. I draw from my professional training in techniques such as Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method, CBT, DBT, SFT and trauma therapy to find the combination of practices that works for each person. I specialize in working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ populations, and have extensive training in couples work. I’ve worked with many clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma, or working out life’s challenges with autism and ADHD. We all have the potential to grow, but everyone grows in their own unique way and on their own time. No matter who you are or what challenges you’re facing, I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard and understood. I aim to provide a safe, friendly, and non-judgemental environment to help you explore what personal growth looks like for you.
