Thankfully, there’s a way to change your narrative and experience mental, emotional and relational freedom.

I utilize a variety of effective approaches including Faith-based Therapy, Solutions-focused Therapy, CBT and Integrative therapy to help clients find hope and healing. Through our time together, I'll help you to learn new ways of thinking, overcome difficult emotions, improve your self-esteem and experience positive outcomes in your relationships.

For over 10 years, I've supported clients experiencing: anxiety, depression, PTSD, life changing illnesses, addictions and relationship problems. I believe that we're all wired with the resilience needed to overcome life barriers. Sometimes we just need support and guidance to beat the odds. I'm here to help.
