MEd, Registered Psychotherapist
Counsellor's Gender: Woman

My approach is founded in mindfulness practices, spirituality, and African Indigenous values which involve wholeness, community, and harmony. I work with individuals and groups to build resilience and find joy in their darkest time. In my sessions, I take great care in creating a space that is warm, safe, and authentic. Overall I seek to be relational. Therapy works best if the relationship is built on trust and authenticity. I provide a non-judgmental environment. There is no filter. This is a safe space to have REAL conversations. Let’s explore all the ways to move forward in healing.
