Sometimes life takes us in directions we never anticipated. We find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. If you're feeling lost, anxious, exhausted, or disconnected - from yourself or others - you’re not alone. And you don’t have to face it alone.

As a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, I’m here to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to reconnect with yourself. My goal is to walk alongside you as we navigate the challenges you're facing and work together to create meaningful, lasting change.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a wide range of concerns, including:

· Anxiety and depression

· Chronic stress and burnout

· Relationship and communication difficulties

· Life transitions (such as divorce, loss, career changes, or parenthood)

· Low self-esteem or self-worth

· Identity exploration and personal growth

No matter what you're going through, your experiences are valid - and there is support available. Therapy can be a powerful tool for making sense of your thoughts and emotions, healing from pain, building resilience, and moving toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

My Approach

I believe that therapy should be as unique as the individual sitting across from me. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs, values, and goals. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you, and explore the patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck.

My work is rooted in evidence-based modalities, including:

· Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns

· Solution-Focused Therapy – to build on your strengths and create actionable steps forward

· Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – to support you in accepting what’s out of your control while committing to meaningful action

· Integrative and trauma-informed practices – to honor your whole self, including your past experiences and nervous system responses

Above all, I strive to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and collaborative. You are the expert of your own life - I’m here to support you in accessing that inner wisdom and developing the tools you need to move forward with more confidence and clarity.

Starting therapy can be a big step, and it’s okay if you’re feeling nervous or unsure. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been before, I’ll meet you where you are - with openness, empathy, and genuine care.
