Taking the step to begin therapy is an amazing start! I am passionate about providing support to help navigate your therapeutic journey. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and issues with self-confidence and self-esteem. I also have experience working with clients dealing with past trauma and grief. My hope is for clients to be encouraged to not only survive but thrive in their everyday lives. During our sessions, I work alongside clients to create a safe space where they feel affirmed and accepted.
