I provide counselling for adults, teens, and children struggling with stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and ADHD. I also provide counselling, support, and guidance for family members of individuals with mental health challenges to help navigate the many questions and concerns that come up in relationships. As a therapist, I am drawn to evidence-based and strengths-based psychotherapy approaches such as CBT, Mindfulness and ACT that we can use to help you move towards your goals for your life and relationships. I am committed to working in a way that helps people feel truly heard, understood, and equipped to move towards real change. If you’re ready to take the first step, let me help you move towards the finish line. It's not always easy, but it is worth it.
