Hello, I’m Sasha, a psychotherapist with six years of experience working with neurodivergent clients, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and AuDHD. My work also supports those navigating depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem challenges, attachment struggles, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I’ve practiced mindfulness for over eight years, which deeply informs my therapeutic approach. Mindfulness fosters self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the ability to navigate difficult experiences with greater compassion—essential tools for cultivating a stronger sense of self. Drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices, I aim to create a supportive space where clients can explore their inner world and connect with their authentic selves. I believe that within every individual lies the strength to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll build tools to honor your unique needs and develop strategies for emotional resilience, whether for yourself or in supporting someone in your care.
