MACP, Registered Psychotherapist

Did you grow up in an environment where your needs were never met? When those needs go ignored, it can lead to anxiety, low self-worth, people-pleasing, or difficulty setting boundaries. These challenges often compound and magnify your other struggles like trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem or depression. You may feel stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or like your nervous system is caught in fight-or-flight mode. As a warm and supportive therapist, I’m here to help you break free from those stuck patterns, tending to those unmet needs, helping you to find balance, resilience, and renewed control.

I use EFT, attachment-based therapy and other approaches such as CBT, DBT and narrative therapy within a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. I aim to support youth and adults and have years of experience supporting Black peri-natal mental health. My approach ensures therapy is affirming, respectful, and honours each person’s unique lived experience.

Through a collaborative and client-centred approach, I aim to foster individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, fostering self-awareness. By creating a warm, safe and supportive environment, I facilitate healing and growth, helping clients build coping skills and develop a greater sense of self-compassion, resilience & empowerment.
