Life can feel really heavy sometimes - whether you’re going through a difficult situation, navigating relationship challenges, or simply feeling emotionally overwhelmed. In those moments, even recognizing that you need support can take courage. With over 17 years of experience working with youth, adults, couples and families, I’m here to walk alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner resilience, build coping strategies that feel authentic to you, and gradually find a greater sense of peace and clarity- one step at a time.

My approach combines CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, and strength-based practices. Through this process, you’ll build skills that foster emotional well-being, support positive change, and empower you to face challenges with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re facing a mental health concern, adapting to a major life transition, or simply hoping to feel more grounded and fulfilled, I’m here to support you. Together, we can take purposeful steps toward balance, resilience, and a greater sense of peace.
