Hi! I’m Vanessa! With over seven years of experience in addictions and mental health, I’ve supported individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. My work in community mental health settings, residential treatment programs, and outpatient services has given me valuable insights into the unique ways people experience and manage their mental health. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate both major life milestones and everyday struggles. Whether you’re starting a new job, building relationships, managing stress, or adapting to change, I’m here to support you. My goal is to empower you with the tools and strategies you need to find hope, healing, and balance in your life. I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that mental health is deeply connected to our emotions, bodies, and relationships. I understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you work through whatever you’re facing. In my practice, I recognize that coping can take many forms - whether through substance use, unhealthy habits or emotional withdrawal. I meet my clients wherever they are in their journey. I offer practical tools, compassionate guidance, and evidence-based strategies to support individuals. My goal is to help clients move toward healthier ways of managing life's challenges, building resilience and hope along the way. I offer both in-person and telehealth services, including telephone and secure video sessions. I look forward to working together!
