Vivian Nho (She/Her)
You have experienced life in a unique way that no one could understand better than you. I enjoy the challenge of understanding reality through the eyes of another. What I do understand is what it can be like to work in the OPS. I am a former Provincial Officer of the ministry formerly known as MOE. I also understand and know how to deal with very human issues like depression, anxiety, apathy, ADHD, chronic isolation, chronic cannabis use, low self-esteem, grief, addiction, complex trauma, and relational conflict. If you happen to be an artist/musician with multiple pets who feels disenchanted by life in the GTA, I totally get you!
The diversity of my clientele reflects my open-minded, compassionate, and international perspective. My approach is integrative, tailored to the individual, and comprehensive. I am experienced in working with East Asian, South Asian, and Black people. My expertise in psychopharmacology and treatment of mood and substance use disorders is often an invaluable aspect of the therapy I provide. I believe in a motivational style of therapy that uplifts, challenges, advises and inspires people.
